What is Fitness & Tag?
Dear parents, that product is the one for you. Happening right next to our SBR Session, our Fitness and Tag Sessions are a good chance to get yourself occupied in the healthiest way possible.
Enjoy the flavour of rugby specific skills being applied in a general setting of a fitness session, coupled with some game time through tag rugby. A fun and challenging way to participate in paired and group activities whatever your level!
Participants will not only come away with a positive sense of success through the sessions but an understanding of why / how the sessions are beneficial for them. Learning correct techniques as well as an understanding of the components of tag rugby will help you develop further your personal level outside the SBR sessions.
How can I join?
You can book your spot until… the very day of the session, even 10 min before! We work either through MeetUp or through our own online payment right here.
